1. Eligibility

The Adelaide Rally $500 Gift Card Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or over who engage 4ONE4 Capital for mortgage broking services during the promotional period, mentioning "Adelaide Rally" and successfully settling an eligible loan.

2. Promotional Period

The promotion commences on 1 October 2026 and concludes on 31 December 2026. Applications must be submitted during this period, with settlement to occur prior to 31 March 2027.

3. How to Participate

To qualify for the promotion, clients must:

• Mention "Adelaide Rally" when making their initial loan enquiry with 4ONE4 Capital.
• Proceed with a loan application through 4ONE4 Capital.
• Successfully settle an eligible loan with a minimum settled loan amount of $250,000.

Eligible clients will receive a $500 gift card following successful loan settlement.

The promotion is limited to one $500 gift card per application, regardless of the number of applicants or loans involved.

4. Gift Card Conditions

• The $500 gift card will be issued within 30 days of successful loan settlement.
• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.
• Gift cards are subject to the issuing provider's terms and conditions, including any applicable expiry dates and redemption restrictions.
• 4ONE4 Capital reserves the right to substitute the advertised gift card with another gift card of equivalent value where reasonably necessary.

5. General Conditions

• The promotion applies only to eligible loans successfully settled through 4ONE4 Capital.
• No gift card will be issued for applications that are declined, withdrawn or do not proceed to settlement.
• All lending remains subject to lender eligibility criteria, approval requirements and applicable terms and conditions.
• Participation in the promotion does not guarantee loan approval.
• 4ONE4 Capital reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, subject to applicable laws.
• Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used to administer the promotion and provide eligible clients with their gift cards, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and 4ONE4 Capital's Privacy Policy.

Personal information will not be used in public promotional materials without the client's separate consent.
